SHIPPING ... What is your Shipping Policy?
Your order from Lisa Kiene Photographyis printed on demand. Please allow 3-5 business days (ideally at least 5) days) for art to be printed and shipped. You will receive an email notifying you when your art order has been printed and shipped. Please contact meif you placed an order and have not received it after 6 business days.
HELP ... My Artwork Arrived Damaged ~ What Do I Do?
Knock on wood it has never yet happened, but if it does, please know that all Lisa Kiene Photography artwork is ship insured. If upon receipt your artwork is damaged, please contact me immediately via phone or text at 816.876.6316 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org.I will provide you with return instructions and replace and reship the artwork.
RETURNS ... What is your Policy on Exchanges/Refunds/Returns?
Your satisfaction is my top priority!
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days from purchase date for a credit towards a replacement image. All products must be returned in like new (undamaged) condition. You may request a substitute image of the same size and price point. Please note: I do not pay for the return shipping fees on exchanges.
